What Is Pay-By-Bank?
Southeast Water Users District (SEWUD) Take out and Ransom-Sargent Water Users District (RSWUD) and your financial institution are working together to offer you the opportunity to automatically pay your bill each month.
Instead of sending a check for your water bill each month, you authorize the exact amount to be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account.
Pay-by-bank is convenient, dependable, flexible, and economical. There is no check to write, no payment to mail and no postage expense.
How Does Pay-By-Bank Work?
Each month you will receive your water bill as usual - then on the due date or sometime between the 11th to the 14th of each month, your financial institution will deduct your payment from your account. Proof of payment will appear on your bank statement.
Your payment is guaranteed to always be on time even when you are away from home. You will never pay a late charge or receive a late notice.
How Can I Sign Up For Pay-By-Bank?
It's simple! Just complete this authorization form and return it to us. Please attach a voided check or deposit ticket (a photocopy is fine) for verification of bank account numbers
